Hi there - looking for a house sitter on these dates:

The afternoon of Friday 2 January 2025 to early Saturday 10 May 2025

I have a 5 bed family home with a pool, air-con and large outdoor covered area with table, couch and TV. One room downstairs is an air-conditioned dedicated guest room with drawers for guests clothes and a clothes rack. This has its own toilet off a garage downstairs which is in addition to a separate shower and toilet upstairs which can also be used.

My needs are looking after my pet miniature labradoodle who sleeps a lot but needs a daily walk and cuddles! She's 13 so not that energetic anymore! She needs to have heart medication twice a day on an empty stomach, but that's easy as she loves the chewable tablet. Otherwise just a few pot plants to water!

We are close (150 m) to the nearest bus stop that goes to a major shopping centre with cinema and library. Two other smaller local shopping areas both with supermarkets are also a quick 4min drive. Lots of walking trails and birdlife nearby - Chapel Hill is a leafy suburb that birders the Mt Coot Tha forest. Bike way connects the suburb to the city and the river loop cycleway.
