About this house sitting position in Charlestown

Need someone to stay at our home. It is a brick 3 bedroom on a level block. 3 way bathroom, kitchen gardens & lawn. My sister has muscular dystrophy and lives in a fully self contained 2 bedroom granny flat at the rear if our house. She has a separate entry , however she uses the laundry in the house. She is still independent and does her own cooking and has home care. I like to have someone to just keep an eye on her and to care for the house, plants & gardens and our beautiful Border Collie Siren. She is 4 years old, very obedient. She needs to be walked daily. Prefer minders not to have small children as Siren is not used to kids as we are an older couple.
