About this house sitting position in CHARLESTOWN

MODERN 3 BEDROOM HOME, CLOSE TO ALL AMENITIES. 10-15 minutes to the beach by car out of peak times. View up the coast & great neighbours if you need assistance. 2 cats, very affectionate, which we prefer to have in of a night. Once fed of a night, door shut. Not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. They are shut in pool room when you go to bed. Closed off from rest of house. Litter changed every 4 days with poo removed daily. Unfortunately, for van owners we have no room available. We also have large verandah at the front with barbeque facilities. Catches morning sunrise & view over Newcastle to Port Stephens. We also have a man who comes every 2 weeks to do the lawn.
