We have a lovely spacious two bedroom duplex that has a coastal feel . We are 10 mins from a choice of beautiful beaches, 10 mins from our peaceful lake and 5 mins from two major shopping centres. Our home requires very little maintenance . Just 5 minutes to water our small garden . We also have a beautiful little king Charles cavalier who we love dearly . Ollie is very well behaved and toilet trained. He loves to walk and will sit very patiently with you if you take him for a nice coffee somewhere.
