About this house sitting position in Chewton

We live in a three bedroom weatherboard house on a flat one acre of land, 10 minutes drive from Castlemaine which is a lovely town. The house is about ten years old and in good repair. There is a double carport and shedding. The house has two bedrooms available for use, one of which has an en-suite. The third bedroom is used as an office.There is a lounge, dining room and kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bath. The heating is a wood burning heater or a split system airconditioner /heater. All wood will be supplied and cut ready for use. We have tank water only,- supplied from 3 large tanks. The neighbours are quiet, friendly and helpful if required.
We have two friendly dogs which are a lab x staffy and a staffy x ? dog. They would require walking several times a week. We also have two gold fish.
Garden maintenance/lawn mowing as necessary would be appreciated. We have a good ride-on mower available.
We fly out on the 12th August and will return on 27th September. We could possibly arrange alternative accommodation to suit your dates if necessary.
We are also about 1hour 20 minutes by car from Melbourne and about 40 min to the centre of Bendigo. Read more...
