About this house sitting position in City Beach

We are looking for someone to pet sit our 8 year old female toy Cavoodle for a week. She is very easy care and sleeps most of the day. She is dog and people friendly. Making sure she doesn't get out the front door is important as she will run away. For this reason, we prefer a single or a couple.

We live in a comfortable two storey house in a quiet area. Living and master bedroom with ensuite is downstairs. We have an outdoor setting on our balcony to enjoy the ocean views. We also have a small pool which is serviced monthly.

We request:
- a 30 minute walk for the dog each day and cuddles
- a few pot plants watered (the garden is easy care and reticulated).

We are close to great amenities including the beach (10 min walk) and beachside restaurants/cafes, public golf course, public swimming pool, Bold Park bush walks/tracks and local shops 'Empire Village' with IGA and cafes and places to eat. Floreat Forum with supermarkets is a 5 minute drive.

Please note:
- Our property can't accommodate a caravan as our driveway is steep. Non-smoker please.
- There is a house being built next door and across the road. Work starts at 7am so this sit would suit an earlier riser. Read more...
