About this house sitting position in Claremont
We live overlooking the Derwent River with a very easy going indoor cat called Louie. We live a short walk from MONA museum and 15k drive to Hobart cbd. A great base for travels into the country side too as you are part way towards Mt Field or a walk up Mt Wellington via the Montrose Track or Telosa Dam track. There’s good insulation in the floor and roof, air con/heating in all rooms and a lovely bath and shower. So it’s very comfortable here year round. Modern appliances on the kitchen. We sometimes see dolphins and seals from our house and lots of wonderful bird life. I’m sure you will love staying at our place. 😊
