Rob and I live on 9 acres with extensive views over Pipeclay Lagoon, Clifton Beach.
Our newly built home is beautiful, light filled, warm and comfortable. The heating is a heat pump, gas fire and each bedroom and study have panel heaters. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a study with a garage.
Plenty of room to park a caravan if you are travelling.
We have 2 older Jack Russell cross Poodle dogs, a few dorper sheep, 6 hens and a hive of bees. The dogs and hens need daily feeding. The sheep and bees are self sufficient!
