2 story home with 3 bedrooms, study, good size kitchen and 2 separate living areas. House is on a standard size block with an easily managed native garden. Home is well maintained and easy to clean. Ducted heating down stairs and split system upstairs. Beautiful views from most windows and undercover second level balcony which over looks Corio Bay. (We have the most amazing sunsets)
We are just 10 min walk to Bay beaches and 15 mins drive to Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, Queenscliff, Point Lonsdale and Geelong. The Great Ocean Road is only a 30 min drive away.
We have 2 very homely and friendly cats and 2 low maintenance chickens.
Our home would suite most sitters eg: families, couples or singles and retiree's.
Car is handy but there is a bus stop 2 doors down the road which access neighboring towns and Geelong.
