About this house sitting position in Clontarf / Moreton Bay

Hi all, I have a small, cosy 2 bedroom 2 story townhouse on the Redcliffe Peninsular, Moreton Bay (near water and parks) & just the most laid back tuxedo kitty you can imagine.

Both bedrooms have comfy queen beds, 1 shower over bath (a small bathroom:) and most all amenities, except wifi/internet. I use my phone or the local library for most internet.

There is TV, Blu Ray/Video player, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge etc. All the cookware, cutlery, dishes etc you may need for a stay. Also ceiling fans in nearly every room including the bedrooms.

We (Alannah) a female 4.5 year old kitty - who snoozes 20 hours out of 24 & is very easy going & myself - need a reliable, responsible and kind single or couple, to house n petsit for us from aprox 15th October 2024 through to the 25th or 26th October 2024.

We would need to meet you first, discuss the arrangement, and for Alannah to feel comfortable with you.

It's best she gets to know you a little as she can be shy at first, but warms up quickly. She's a quiet sensitive girl who needs a calm environment, so please no smokers, no parties, loud music nor 'having people over' for a knees up :)

There will be a car space for you as well if needed.
There's a no maintenance small front and rear courtyard and (just a few pot plants that may need watering every couple days). That's it :)

Only an hour from the gorgeous Sunshine Coast, Hinterland, Australia Zoo, plus 45 minutes Brisbane the other way, and the nearby fun Redcliffe Markets every Sunday. Plus lots of pretty parks and Moreton Bay only a few mins away. Shopping is just up the road. The townhouse has 15 internal timber steps going to upstairs, yet are easy to navigate.

The first pic one is of the 2nd bedroom, which is likely where you would be sleeping. There is a wardrobe in there for your things. If you would prefer the main bedroom that would be negotiable too.

As this is a townhouse unit block, it may not present well from the front, as other neighbours tend to be rather slack in keeping their homes nice n tidy, but my place IS that way, so please do not feel put off by the first appearance as you drive in.

There is a security system for the townhouse that can be used if required.
