About this house sitting position in Conway

2 story home with 3 bedrooms and an annex/studio on acreage.
We are an operational palm nursery in the Whitsundays. Situated 20 mins drive from Airlie Beach and 25 mins from Proserpine/Whitsunday airport.
We have a black Labrador (Rory) chilled out lab! The property has been part renovated and is very clean and well equipped. There's an in ground swimming pool which will require a little maintenance during the house sit but the nursery will not operate its business in our absence. There is an on site coffee shop but this will also be closed to the public in our absence.
We would need the sitter to take care of the dog, check our irrigation systems 2-3 times per week and mow the front of the property maybe once.
A nursery van will be available for transport during the time but only has seating for 2/3.
