About this house sitting position in Cooktown

Looking for a fit, reliable and committed couple (no children) to live full time in property and take care of all garden and house maintenance. Please note you will need to pay a monthly amount for electric and satellite. This can be discussed of course.
The house sit could extend into 6 months or longer but happy to find others to house sit.
I have had authors and film makers stay as being remote is ideal for working from home with Star Link satellite., This a unique and tranquil area on the Great Barrier Reef. A luxury treehouse on the beach front and surrounded by lush rainforest. Quarantine Bay is private and only 8 minutes from the historical Cooktown, where you can buy or catch fresh seafood, enjoy great coffee, walk up Mt Cook, enjoy the beautiful Botanical Gardens, visit ancient Aboriginal cave paintings, experience sunset on the Endeavour River, and learn about the history of Captain Cook and his ship the Endeavour plus more.
