About this house sitting position in Coonawarra
Spacious 5 bedroom, 2 story home nestled in vineyards in the heart of the famous Coonawarra wine region. Quiet and peaceful surrounds. Approx, 1km from local general store and 8km from historic township of Penola. House sitting duties would involve maintaining the lawn and taking care of our dog, Gilly, cat Albie and fish. You can be as active or reclusive as you like. The beach, Robe, Beachport etc are only an hours drive and July is Cellar Dwellers month with plenty of planned events. We were also provided with few contact numbers and directions, just to help things run smoothly while she was interstate.
So it was a very enjoyable and positive stay.
And we got to fall in love with the old dog of the manor ‘Gilly’; such a great character!
