Large Home in Cordeaux Heights
Shared by one tenant renting our downstairs bedroom (he will be there when we are gone most likely) however, the only thing that is shared with the tenant is the driveway and a small part of the backyard! They have no access to any parts of the house :)
We have one (very sweet) dog named Charlie
He’s Small breed and very easy going - loves to cuddle (Moodle Breed)
We have a big garden so he loves playing and going for walks
Charlie will need to be fed once a day as well
MANY house plants and quite a utilised garden so would be great if they could be watered occasionally as well :)

“I’m very disappointed by how unappreciative this family is. I didn’t have anyone stay over, and the only time I had people at the house was to help mow their lawn, which I did three times and paid out of my own pocket. I also cooked for the dog and had him sleep with me every night. I even took a day off work to be with him when the neighbors were installing their pool. The tenant downstairs often kept me awake, watching TV at 3am. On Christmas Eve, my family arrived from Port Macquarie and stayed for a while before going to Kangaroo Valley. I washed all the bed linen x 4 before I left to ensure everything was fresh for this family even though it wasn't used and I left an orchid to welcome them home. It’s disappointing that my efforts have not been appreciated.” - Read more
