We offer our Standalone 3beds home with a swimming pool in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Huge park in front of the house with walking trails and a recently renovated children's playground.
Great selection of shops available within 5/10 mins drive. Well connected with the public transport system.
Full access to the freshwater pool, covered alfresco area with gas BBQ and pizza oven to enjoy lazy afternoons and amazing sunsets over the pool.
Fully renovated kitchen for cooking lovers with 900 gas cooktop and SMEG oven. Filtered hot and cold BIBO water. Thermomix TM6 with internet connection to access to hundreds of thousands recipies. Breville ground Coffee Machine. New bathroom with 2 smart toilets, hot rail towels and 1200x900 frameless shower. NBN internet connected to a smart TV with Netflix, Disney plus subscriptions.

In exchange we are asking to look after our 3 furry friends, 2 adult cats, Tiger & Lucky and our young 6 month old Luna. She is a high energy Shepsky puppy (nearly 30kg) so someone with breed experience and/or with older children will be preferable.

The cats are very easy going and they live outside in the front yard. They require to be raw fed only once a day with a morning breakfast of kibbles. Luna needs to be raw fed and walked twice a day (or 1 long walk at dawn when its cooler). She is very friendly and under ongoing training. She loves to be included in the family adventures, please feel free to bring Luna with you in your daily excursions. She is an indoor dog during the day and sleeps in the alfresco area at night.
Minimal care for pool and gardens is required and watering the indoor plants when needed.
