About this house sitting position in Cremorne

We have a modern small freestanding 2 bedroom home in Cremorne. The house is well insulated and has double-glazed windows and its pretty comfortable in Winter. Timber flooring, high ceilings and decent north aspect. We also have a large deck with egg chair to chill out and a lovely garden with a small pond with running water.

We have a small garden with lots of plants so we are hoping to find a plant daddy or plant mummy who love gardening so that the plants and lawn get a regular water. We have no pets other than fish. If you love fish, even better. But if you don't, we can get them minded elsewhere.

We are looking for quiet, respectful non-smokers, non-vapers who don't have pets. One of us has a lot of allergies hence the no pets, no smoking policy.

We are in a super quiet location and a small walk up the road to shops and easy transport to the city. We are also quite close to Balmoral beach (short drive), close to groceries, cinemas etc

We are heading around Australia for approx 5 months.
