Lovely 2 bedroom + study, freshly renovated apartment with balcony in South Cronulla, close to beach, restaurants and cafes, with a 7 minute flat walk to the train station. Located on first floor with one parking spot in secure garage in the basement. There is a lift but stairs may be needed to be used given current issues with the lift which has plans to be replaced soon. The biggest and most important priority is to look after our gorgeous 4 year old spoodle girl, Kali, who loves a daily walk and lots of cuddles. Fed 2x per day, well trained and will let you know when it's time to go outside.
