My home is a free standing 4-bedroom, 2 bathroom Federation that has been beautifully renovated to maintain its original characteristics as well as providing contemporary open space living and stunning interiors.

The location is 10 minutes walk to Croydon Village & train station as well as close proximity to Strathfield, Burwood, Ashfield and 20 minutes to the Sydney CBD.

There is an inviting deep yard to private lawns & established gardens and driveway parking.

I have a gorgeous little dog 'Alfie' who lives with me. He is 8 and loves walks and cuddles. He is very happy at home and enjoys the company of people who love dogs. I am taking a break overseas and Alfie needs a loving sitter to take care of him whilst I am away.
