About this house sitting position in Cumbalum

We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy house sitter to look after our home and dog, whilst we spend Christmas with family.
We have a 11 year old cocker spaniel called Sally. She requires one 30 (or less) minute walk per day. Sally is a rescue dog and reactive to other dogs, this just means the house sitter will be required to avoid other dogs on walks. She can get anxious if left alone for more than 4 hours so we would prefer someone who is happy to spend lots of time with her. Sally likes to have access to where you’re sleeping so really need someone who is fine with a dog on the bed. Sally is very affectionate and loves most people. She’s just an only dog.
The home is a lovely single level, four bedroom home. Two bedrooms are set up for sleeping, one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed. There are 2 living areas and beautiful views from the back deck
It is a quiet and peaceful location, located in the suburbs and 8 minutes drive from the beaches in Ballina and only 20 minutes from beautiful Byron Bay.
