Live in or own van.
Small 2 bedroom dwelling on one and a half acres in a quiet country estate. 3 yrs old. Clean and Comfortable furnishings, only 3 years old. Smart tv. Native trees starting to get established. 25 minutes to Gympie. 10 minutes to petrol station (Have takeaways). Pharmacy is next to Station. Also,Country Club. Which is run by volunteers. Small restaurant is attached which is privately run although connected to club.I Have one indoor cat 2 yrs old. 4 chooks. Water gardens and trees if necessary. Probably won't be needed with the amount of rain we are getting. water pot plants on veranda. Suit a single or couple. Would also suit nomads with own van. I have connections for electricity to vans on veranda. Outside dog welcome. My cat is not used to other animals inside. 😊🌾🍂
