We have a modern, comfortably furnished lowset home in a quiet cul de sac close to shops, public transport and with easy access to M1. There are extensive walking tracks close by. We are just a 5-minute drive from Daisy Hill State Forest & Logan Hyperdome.
The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The house has 2 large reverse cycle air conditioners. Security screens, lockup garage (auto door), internal house access plus off-street parking.
The interior is mainly tiled with quality carpet in bedrooms. The kitchen has a dishwasher & new appliances. We have a large TV with Foxtel, Netflix etc with free Wi-Fi & fast broadband. Separate bath & shower, separate toilet.
Good patio area, very private garden, maintained by others. We would like you to water the garden - mainly pot plants front & back when needed.
We have a beloved Golden Retriever who has recently undergone surgery so he can only be gently exercised.
He is an inside/outside dog who sleeps inside. The garden is securely fenced.
