3 bedroom home with carpet. Non smoking house. Small carport. Plenty of off street parking. 1 x 5 year old female bullarab dog (desexed). Very friendly. Frets when we holiday so will 'shadow' you everwhere including the bathroom! Needs daily walk.
House is lake front and 2 km from beaches,IGA, hairdresser and cafes, 1 km to bowling club.
Very quiet neighborhood, party lifestylers wont be tolerated by neighbours and need not apply.
