Our home is in Daylesford, Victoria, a 90 minute drive from Melbourne. We are a quick one minute drive from the shopping centre (Chemist, Coles, Cafes & Restaurants, Post Office, Petrol stations, fashion and homeware shops) and a 3 minute drive from Lake Daylesford with it's surrounding walking track. Dogs are welcomed in many places including the Wombat Gardens Cafe in the beautiful Botanic Gardens 1 min drive from Vincent Street, the main drag. Restaurants of note include The Lake House, Beppi's and Sault (10 mins drive) with nearby wineries including Passing Clouds and Red Hare as well as the Daylesford Cider Company. The house itself has a very spacious Living Room and Open Plan Kitchen with all Bosch appliances in both Kitchen and Laundry (there is also an outside line). The Lounge Room features a floor to ceiling picture window with a large Sony TV and views across Doctor's Gully. Heating and cooling - we have an air-conditioner and ceiling fans and gas ducted heating as well as a wood burning fireplace. There is ample off-street parking.
We have two 8 year old groodles Rex and Buddy who usually have a walk around Daylesford Lake every day. They are very friendly with other dogs and humans.
