About this house sitting position in Dodges Ferry

Cute sunny 3 bed home in quiet cul de sac with water and mountain views. Large garden, 2- 5 mins walk to beaches. Good bike riding, kayaking area.
Tasman Peninsula 30-60 mins drive, with spectacular views and walking tracks. Surf beaches nearby.
12 mins drive to Sorell shops, services, supermarkets.


House;
Watering veggies/ fruit trees appreciated.
Tank water only, so need to be reasonable with water usage please. Water capacity / level good. 2 x large tanks for house plus 3 x for garden/ animals.
W/M, bath shower all ok.
Polished wooden floors need sweeping.

Animals;
One resident cat 4yo Priscilla. Likes cuddles, patting and two daily meals.
5 goldfish need a pinch of 'flakes' each morning.
12 chooks in enclosure enjoy their pellets, food scraps and a slice of bread to share for breakfast.
For pen hygiene, I usually collect all poo from their roost and yard area daily, using bucket/ shovel/ bag system.
3 white Pekin ducks also roam the yard freely and come running most mornings for their slice of bread.
Chooks will need water topped up especially if hot.
Ducks have 3 x big water containers so should be ok for a few days.
