Large and lovely 4 bedroom home and garden with ocean glimpses. 4 minutes drive to ocean and 12 minutes to Perth city. Quiet area with very nice neighbours. We have an older, quiet and very gentle dog and fish to look after. Would be a wonderful house for a family or a couple.
