Single story clean and tidy unit with parking for a small car at the door or visitor parking for a larger car. Approx one hour from Perth city by train. Buses to the train station are less than 5 mins walk from home. Estuary is 5 mins walk away. Beautiful area for walks. Town centre is 5 minutes walk -- cafes, grocery shopping, cinema, Dan Murphy's and boutiques nearby. Easy house sit looking after 2 budgies in an indoor cage. Neighbour Cat also makes herself at home even though I am not her mum! Nice neighbours, all older females. This house sit would best suit a single mature lady, nature lover, walker and worker-from-home (no home wifi available). Non-smoker is a must. No visitors or pets, sorry. Reference and police clearance essential -- wouldn't you want that if someone was staying in your home?
