A). Short term 3-6 weeks. All months are currently available. No gardening. Live in a home on 60 acres of bush. Pool, spar, & bush walks. All the privacy you could ever need. 15 mts from historical Maryborough and 45mts from the Seaside town of Hervey Bay. All sealed roads. Property teaming with wildlife. Share home with couple (Gail &Peter) for a day untill settled then your on your own with two large poodles, chooks, and ducks. Private bedroom and bathroom. You will need a car as there is no public transportation. This makes a handy home bace for exploring the wide Bay Area, for example boat up the Mary river, Turtles 🐢 and whales 🐳.
B). Negotiat a time frame Caravan / motorhome site.
site on 60 acres. Longterm (over 2 months) you may need to pay for power. Dog and poltary sitter as negotiated. Suitable for couple or single as limited by tank water. Again longtern a ride on mower is available to keep grass down around the site.
