About this house sitting position in East Innisfail
Three bedroom Queenslander (two available to minder) on breezy high and dry ground with views east and west to watch sunrise and sunset. Aircon in lounge/dining and in one available bedroom. Old but tidy home. Free WIFI (and phone within Australia). No pets other than goldfish in outdoor pond.
Minder needs to be fit enough to keep the lawn mowed with a push mower.
The minder period is part of the wet season so the minder needs to secure outdoor furniture and pot plants in the event of a cyclone forecast.
Innisfail is situated on the junction of two rivers and 7km to the nearest beach. Several boat ramps are close by with access excellent access for river or Great Barrier Reef fishing
