A newly remodeled, 3 bed/2 bath, modern townhouse in the heart of Ettalong Beach. Our home is 150m from the water and the beautiful Esplanade. We are across the street from the Galleria and walking distance to the best Ettalong has to offer in cafes & restaurants.

Responsibilities include:
-Caring for our cat Bella. She uses a litter box and insists on sleeping at the foot of the bed. She stays put at the foot of the bed and very rarely disturbs our sleep. If she's locked out of the room, she'll incessantly scratch on the door, so accepting that she will be at the foot of the bed is essential.
-Watering flower garden and a few pots.
-Cleaning of small 1 bed/1 bath Airbnb space attached to, but completely separate, with private entrance. A cleaning fee of $25 will be paid for each cleaning. Over the holiday season our Airbnb is busy, you can expect it will need to be cleaned ~3-4 times a week. It takes approximately 45minutes to clean. Guest check in is no contact though we would like your assistance in helping out if a guest needs something and to of course be friendly and welcoming if you see them in passing. We will be managing the guests remotely whilst we are away.
