About this house sitting position in Fannie Bay

A large shared house in Fannie Bay, we live in the granny flat downstairs with our 2 cats Milo & Beans. We are looking for someone to mind our cats, water our plants and maintain our area whilst we are away overseas for 4 weeks. We have housemates who live upstairs in the house, but our area is pretty seperate and has its own living and dwelling. We have an outdoor kitchen which we built downstairs and seated/dining area as well as having access to your own bathroom. Our bedroom and a living room both have TVs & internet and are our two air-conditioned rooms. We also have a pool that might need to be co-looked after and shared responsibilities with upstairs house mates. (Basically to doable check it doesnt go green as we are the ones in the house who generally maintain it) Making sure chlorine and chemicals are regularly put in and the cover is on when not in use!
