About this house sitting position in Federal
Queenslander (newly painted inside & out) 3 bedrooms+office, very large back deck looking onto 2.5 acres with country views. Federal is 20 mins from Byron Bay, 30 mins from Lismore and 40 mins from Ballina. We have a general store/p.o./liquor shop 1.5 klms away and next to that is a Japanese restaurant serving capuccinos & wonderful food. Our 13 yr old small black dog, Nummy, is attached to his 'person' and has never been to a kennel. He loves to 'walk' around the streets every morning and evening. He also loves a ride in the car. The dog beach at Belongil (on the way into Byron Bay) is a special treat. He sleeps outside during the night unless there is thunder.
We have lived here for 17 years as ex Sydneyites and we love it!!
