About this house sitting position in FERNDALE
We are looking for a nice mature couple or single lady, without children, to house sit for us. Our home is very comfortable, fully renovated and very well cared for. The main guest room has an en-suite and patio doors out to the pool which is heated and in a low maintenance garden. We have two soft cats who love a daily brush and some company and some aviary Cockatiels. The pets are easy to care for and love interaction with humans. The only other needs are a little pool maintenance and some garden watering per day. We are next to the beautiful Canning Regional Park which is ideal for walks in nature. We are 11ks from the city centre, twenty five minutes drive from the beach and Fremantle. There is good public transport with a bus stop within two hundred meters. There a shopping centres and cinemas very close by.
