About this house sitting position in Fingal Bay

We live in a modern, sunny townhouse, close to the beach at Fingal Bay, 45 minutes drive to Newcastle. With only a small garden that requires minimal upkeep.
Our pet Stella, a 14 year old tortoisehell cat likes the comforts of her own home and someone kind to look after her. We also have 5 guppies in a fish tank - that require feeding each day. The house is easy maintenance, a short 300m walk to Fingal beach, beautiful beach walks to Fingal Island or through the National Park to Rocky Point, two cafes, wine bar, petrol station and small general store around the corner.
The area is renowned for its golf courses, whale watching and many other tourist attractions.
