Four bedroom renovated home in Frankston South. Approximately 1.3 km easy walk from the beach.
We are located approximately 15 min from Mornington and an hour from Melbourne.
The home is in excellent condition, very low maintenance and has air con and wifi. It’s has a lovely garden out there front and back that is well shaded by beautiful trees.
You would have to care for two cats, one is elderly and uses a kitty litter tray. The tray will need to be cleaned daily and the surrounding area if necessary. The other toilets outside.
