About this house sitting position in FRANKSTON SOUTH

Clean and cosy home with polished floorboards. Fenced back yard with gate to back reserve, walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Quiet home on large suburban block with a lovely garden in court location with respectful neighbours. Close to public transport. Gateway to the Mornington Peninsula, wineries, hot-springs and other attractions. We are a mature easy going couple, I run a crystal business and husband is a blues musician. We have adorable pets that all get along well and very low maintenance with no health issues. There are no duties except to love and look after them and bring in the mail and a short walk at our back reserve every couple of days. There is an outdoor fishpond which needs an occasional filter clean and feeding every second day. Our cats are super independent but very cute as well. We are set up for cosy Winters, we have a lovely indoor Coonara with unlimited Redgum firewood plus alternative gas heating and outdoor firepits. Large main bathroom with double size bathtub, waterfall shower and a heated flooring. Our home is a brick 1966 renovated Mid century home with hardwood floors and mid century furnishings. Master w ensuite. Streaming services, unlimited nbn wifi. Manual vehicle available for use if required.
