About this house sitting position in Frankston

Hello, I realize this is a short stay and short notice. It’s due to an unfortunate cancellation from the sitter so I’m hoping this works for someone preferably local to the Mornington Peninsula so we can meet a few times.

I am in need of a calm, quiet and gentle cat lover that loves cuddles whilst sitting watching tv or under the covers in the middle of the night when it gets cold. I live in a nice house in a very quiet court with nice neighbours. I'm clean but always have a few projects going in the other rooms. I have a dedicated massage room with essential oils and crystals as I run a holistic wellness business when I can.

I'm 5 km from the beach and about 2 km from a major shopping centre with grocery stores, movie theatre and public transport (bus). There are walking trails close by and nature reserves.

My fur baby is STRICTLY INDOORS but I have an enclosed deck that she loves to go and sit out on if the weather is warm enough. She is considered elderly (14 y/o) and has only a few teeth left and therefore can sometimes vomit her food especially if she eats too fast. I don't care about the rugs, but you must be ok with cleaning it up (it's not as bad as a baby's diaper lol).

You don't need to be there 24/7 but will need to be there overnight as she gets fed twice a day and is very social so will miss you if you're gone for long periods. Trust me, she'll let you know about it.

She gets very skittish with loud noises/voices hence why I seek a quiet/calm person. I am an overprotective fur momma and I may ask for daily contact (pics) to know you are there and my baby is ok. I also may have a friend or two come by to collect oils and check in, they will be respectful, and you will have their names and numbers as emergency contacts.

I want you to be super comfortable in my home and love on my beloved fur baby as I would if I were there. I don't need the house to be immaculate when I return. My only concern is the welfare of my baby as the trauma we went through with losing her sister while I was away was unbearable, so please understand if I ask for references.
