About this house sitting position in GANMAIN

We are after someone to house sit our modest 3 bedroom home. It has all the modern comforts incl. Ducted heating and cooling, Netflix and NBN. We have a 5 y.o Kelpie dog named Aggie that needs to be fed once a day, walked a few times a week and a bit of a pat and play every day. We have a large back yard. No structured garden beds but a reasonable amount of lawn that needs mowing as required. General yard up keep incl. Occasional weeding and spraying would be very much appreciated. We have family and friends in the area that can assist with looking after Aggie if you want an overnight/weekend/week away also while staying here as we appreciated it is a long stay and you may want to get away a few times. Our area is lovely with lots of towns around that offer various tourist attractions just a short drive, day trip or overnight stay away. It is a very friendly town with bakery, newsagents, chemist, coffee shop etc and a supermarket, butcher and hospital/medical facilities are only 10 min up the road.
