We have a bright, light, clean Bayside family home.
A lovely renovated Edwardian, the house has 3br, 1.5 bath, study, wifi, Foxtel, Netflix etc. Spacious front and back gardens that will require low-level maintenance and some watering.

2 mins walk from fantastic neighbourhood cafe and small park, 5 mins walk to shops and the train station (20min train to city) and 5 mins drive to the beautiful Brighton Beach.

We have a gorgeous 1yo Spoodle pup and a 9yo Maltese Schnauzer X. They are both inside dogs, with access outside via dog door.
Goldfish that will require feeding and a weekly clean.

The spoodle is a pup who needs daily walks - she is also used to someone being home most days so this would not suit anyone working FT.
The Maltese cross has advanced arthritis so requires daily medication.
Both have beautiful temperaments and are much-loved :)
