Wooden home in Gatton, wood fire and aircon for winter warming
Native garden with some vegies to eat and water
2 happy chooks Will need feeding and watering and some eggs to eat
Pots plants at the back door to maintain and enjoy
Hope it rains so extra watering of garden is minimal
Mow the lawn only if needed( in winter it slows down)
Young female adult lives as a lodger in our home, she works on a nearby research business, she cooks for herself and enjoys conversation. Will help with bathroom duties when reminded
Sons David and Nathan live and work in the Lockyer Va will call in and say hello Neighbours are friendly and helpful
