Low maintenance near new 3X2 in the new Golden Bay estate. House has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, dishwasher, dryer, NBN Internet, Stan and Netflix. Small low maintenance gardens, front yard is on auto retic so nothing needed, backyard has small grass area, garden bed and some pot plants, very easy to look after. We have a small dog (shih tzu X) who loves company and just needs feeding and attention. Also have a cat who pretty much does her own thing, only feeding needed. Beach is a couple minutes away, newly expanded shopping centre about 3 minutes drive away with woollies, Coles and Aldi. Warnbro train station is about 10 minutes away by car, and there is a bus stop about a minutes walk away.
