On a 1\4 acre with native plants\fruit trees\chickens. Private and secure. 5 minute walk to the centre of town.
Having a car is essential for access to the beauty of this area.
Extensive renovation completed 2 years ago so it is a very enjoyable, liveable space for the climate.
No pool however there is an outdoor bathroom including bath and another bath on the back deck to fill with hot or cold water.
Simple design for a simple life.
There is a TV but no streaming services or WiFi
