About this house sitting position in Greensborough

I am after somebody or a couple who would like to relax in Greensborough with my dog! I will be out of the state and need someone to live-in with him. Toohey is a beautiful boy who just does not do well on his own (I work from home so he's accustomed to that), but with considerate pre-walking and feeding he can be left alone for an hour or two at a time.

Toohey likes one or two walks a day at times when its not popular dog-walking hours. He is highly reactive to dogs no matter the size - all should be avoided for the most pleasant walking experience. Bonus points if you have experience with reactive dogs. There are lovely walking tracks around the river in my area. It is a hilly area and you will need to be able to walk up stairs without handrails to get into my unit.

The home is a modern 2 bedroom sunny brightly lit and warm unit. It is single story but there are stairs out the front. Open plan kitchen and lounge with a small deck and courtyard. It has a reverse cycle air conditioner in the living area and the bedrooms are carpeted. The unit is approx. 10 years old.

In the bathroom there is a bath tub and a separate shower, and the toilet is separate. The spare room has a double bed in it for you, and you will have good internet access during your stay. You will have access to multiple streaming services, a large TV and double reclining couch.

The road is one-way and reasonably quiet.

Your own vehicle is recommended and preferred for this sit - the supermarket is at least a 20 minute walk away with some hills involved. I am a 5-10 minute walk from the train station. Read more...
