About this house sitting position in Guanaba

We're on a beautiful, almost 4 acre rural property in the Gold Coast Hinterland. It's a quiet, peaceful spot, a wonderful place for bird watching and there are often wallabies on the lawns.
The main house is 4 bedrooms, and there is also a granny flat next door. We are looking for someone to stay in the main house and keep an eye on our place while we're away/ receive deliveries/ check the mail.
The home is about 15mins drive from the nearest Coles/ Woolworths and there is no public transport nearby. It's a 35/ 40min drive to the Gold Coast beaches and about 45mins to Brisbane.
We have a young border collie puppy (she will be 8 months when we travel) that will need to be fed twice a day. She doesn't usually need a walk - she has plenty of space to run every day. We also have some chickens that will need food and water every day.
We don't really require any garden maintenance, although we have all the necessary tools if anyone felt so inclined.
