About this house sitting position in Gwandalan

Our household comprises of my husband, myself and our cavalier, Daisy. We have a modest 2 storey home located at the top end of the Central Coast, a few blocks away from Lake Macquarie. The guest bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining & lounge are all located on the ground floor. There is a pool but there would be very little maintenance. We have booked an overseas holiday and do not wish to put Daisy in kennels. Our main concern is having someone here at night for Daisy. She requires a tablet with her meal, morning & night and although loving, is a little shy at first, when meeting people. I would be happy to provide more information if this sounds like the type of place that would suit.
