About this house sitting position in Hallett Cove

We are seeking a couple with pool maintenance experience to care for our home, garden and dog for 3 weeks. We have a well maintained, single storey, comfortable home comprising of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, study, and family room. Solar heated salt water swimming pool, foxtel, internet, heating and cooling. The home is situated about 20 klms from Adelaide in an area adjacent to the Hallett Cove Conservation Park with many beautiful walking tracks. Train to the city is a 7 min walk and there is a local shopping centre 5 mins away by car. The Glenelg tourist precinct is a 15 minute drive away. We have a beagle cross named Maggie who requires walking on a daily basis and will give you no trouble. She is an inside/outside dog and once she gets to know you is very affectionate. She is medium sized and loves sitting on your lap. The sitter would be required to attend to the pool, walk Maggie daily, keep the house clean and tidy, ensure the mail is brought in, garden watered and the bins put out/in for collection.
