3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on compact block with all the bedrooms upstairs. Secure yard. Air conditioned and centrally heated. 1 minute walk to local shops, 4km to Geelong CBD, 3 minute drive to ring road and 30 minutes from Surf Coast beaches.
Some watering of the garden and indoor plants required, but nothing too strenuous. Lovely outdoor sitting area in a quiet neighbourhood.
We have a 3 year old Border Collie, Poppy, who will need walking twice a day, is very friendly and loves to have people around her. The house is across the road from two sporting ovals so you don't have to go far to walk her.
