About this house sitting position in Hawthorn

It is a two story unity that feels like a town small town house with high ceilings. Two bedroom and two bathroom place. The main bedroom is on the top floor with its ensuite and a little reading nook. In the bottom floor you have the spare bedroom with its ensuite as well, a sit/stand desk and a daybed/king bed. There is an aircon/heating on both floors, coffee machine, air fryer, robot vacuum and all other basic appliances. The balcony is a good size with a BBQ and an optional little turf patch for our dog to go in between walks (we have stopped using it but happy to set it up for you). The building also has a lovely common area with a small garden and a fountain that is lovely to relax in. There are also a few amazing cafes around the corner. We love it here.

Truffle is our staffy x wolfhound pup (on the staffy side of the size at 25kg). He will be 1yr old in February 2022, he is very well behaved overall but as any pup will need to be corrected if being naughty so would like someone comfortable handling a dog. We usually take him for a morning and evening walk, and he is very chilled at home. He will happily sit while we have a coffee/bite. He sleeps in his crate and peacefully through the night.
