About this house sitting position in Heathridge

I have an independent self contained up stairs studio, I need a sitter to look after my cat "Jackson" he had a few epilepsy seizures but seemed to be ok if not stressed, he needs feeding every day and cuddles, jackson is very verbal and affectionate, letter box to be emptied regularly, the studio has own entrance via the garage, there will be parking space for an extra car.
Barbecue is available to use, my plants are all on timed reticulation, except for a few big pots, only a bit of garden work, weeding if house sitter likes to other ways I don't worry too much, my concern is my cat.
