A 4 bedroom family home set on a 4 acre hobby farm that is located on a 75 acre property. The property is located only 15 minutes from Mount Barker in one direction and 15 minutes to Strathalbyn in the other.
The house has a spacious open plan living area with wood heater and air cond. The bedroom wing has a smaller second living area (with heating and cooling) along with the master bedroom (with ensuite) and 3 other bedrooms.
The house has a full length elevated balcony that overlooks the garden.
Outside is a separate studio room (with movie projector) that has an outside eating area complete with a pizza oven. A 12 m inground pool is overlooked by a raised deck. The property is set in serene natural bushland with an abundance of wildlife.
Our pets include 2 dogs (beagle and jack russell), an outdoor farm cat (shows up once a day for feeding), 2 miniature horses, 3 alpacas, 8 guinea pigs, 7 chickens, 4 ducks, 2 geese and 2 frogs. Looking for someone to feed the animals whilst we are away for nearly 7 days.
