Three bedroom spacious cosy home with all amenities situated on an acre of bush garden in a village at northern tip of Southern Highlands. Bushland abounds, peaceful and quiet with no passing traffic, BirdLife prolific. Artist studio in grounds.
A ten minute drive to the Hume Highway and one and half hour at most to Sydney.
Minutes to Mittagong and Bowral, for trains, banks, shopping, medical attention , restaurants, cinema, art galleries, great book stores, good coffee. The whole of Southern Highlands a delight to the eye and all senses.

I will be away for a three week adventure in May and would like my home to be looked after and loved while I am away. The garden needs little attention but watering will be needed when weather is dry. I anticipate that my home minder will do regular house maintenance and cleaning as I do normally.
NBN on site,reverse cycle air con in kitchen/ dining area which filters through to other areas, also wood fire for cold nights. A country experience .
And the best asset of all is my lovely Millie, an almost eight year old stumpy tailed cattle dog mix with a wonderful personality and a sharp intellect!
